Great advice about managing sweet chestnut blight, options suggested. We're attempting to save the tree so it has been cut back and balanced nicely. All the wood was tidied up and stacked for us to use next year. 

They even fitted in a bit of tidying up of some other small trees that were blocking sunshine. Thanks very much Mainline Tree services.

Jez and the Mainline gang that came to help out with our trees were absolutely brilliant.

They left everything looking as aesthetically balanced as possible, removed the limbs on two ash trees suffering die back, removed dead wood, provided a coronet cut to provide a habitat for the local owls, coppiced hazels and all the overgrown willow, removed the lower branches of our conifers to allow light to penetrate the spinney floor and advised on how best to care for a small area of woodland. As well as pruning fruit trees. 

Absolute lovely people and cannot recommend them and their skills highly enough.

Mainline arranged a survey of a woodworm-ridden tree in our city centre garden and liaised with the council over the tree work permit. 

They arrived first thing on the day agreed and took the tree down safely within a couple of hours. The site was left extremely clean and tidy and we were blown away by their professionalism from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I've had a number of rotten trees removed by Mainline Tree Services, on each occasion my neighbours property (and mine) has been directly in the way of the 'drop zone', on each occasion the sections of tree were removed and lowered safety, with consideration for property and in a most professional manner.
